Hello, I’m Claudio.
Since 2018 with Your Italy Home we help foreign families and international home buyers in the process to buy and manage a property in Italy.
Started in 2017 when my friend Saskia had a big issue with her home in Italy. Living many kms aways, in the Netherlands, Saskia didn’t know how to take care of theproperty. When she returned the following year to spend her holiday in Italy she found out that the house had been flooded. The damage was caused by a burst pipe that cause thousands of euros in water tax and in damage.
Since then I started managing her property and many others.
Today I increased my services to help many internationals families from all over the world, from buying a property in Italy, taking care of management, maintenance and renovation works, to handling bureaucracy, utilities and banking.
I was born in London and raised in Italy, in a family with over 40 years of experience in construction and real estate.
In 2017, I helped my friend Saskia, a Dutch homeowner of a second home in Italy, who returned to her Italian home to find our it had been flooded by a burst pipe. With no one local to help, the stress and damage were overwhelming.
I soon realized there was much more need for foreign families who dream of a home in Italy.
Since then I increased my services helping many foreigners in Italy who struggled in the process. From buying a house, to bureaucratic needs to short rental setup and utilities.
With my collaborators I work across all of Italy and offer peace of mind to homeowners from all over the world.

Where
Since I was 3 years old, I’ve been living in a small town in the north of Italy called Borgo Val di Taro.
The town is on the border between Emilia-Romagna, Tuscany and very close to Liguria.
Thanks to this strategic positions I manage to move easily across all the northern part of Italy, while in the south I maintain strong cooperations with local real estate experts and consultants.
